Books
I love books. I always have. I can’t remember a point in my life when I didn’t enjoy reading. From books like Goosebumps, Hank The Cowdog, and A Wrinkle in Time as a child to Sherlock Holmes, The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings, Tom Clancy novels and Harry Potter as a young teen, to The Iliad, Augustine’s Confessions, Don Quixote, The Pursuit of God and Desiring God as a college student. It was those last two books, by A. W. Tozer and John Piper, that really began to change my focus of reading from personal enjoyment to personal development. If you would like to know more about why I think books are important, read this post. For 2012, I put up a list of 12 Books I plan on reading this year. Finally, You can see all of my posts on books here.
Because I want to encourage you to read more good books, below you’ll find what books I’m reading, my entire personal library, and my ongoing list of book reviews that I have written. My hope is that this spurs you on to reading more!
